Born into a family rooted in community values, Harshita is the daughter of Pramod Sahu, a contractor, and Sapna Sahu, an NGO worker. Organizers Pawan Tank and Kirti Tank shared that this was the first season of the pageant, organized by the Miss India Glam organization. The finale began with a ceremonial lamp lighting and Ganesh Vandana. The Top 40 finalists were selected after multiple rounds of screening and grooming. During the grand finale, four fashion sequences were presented. These included western outfits by Veera Label by Peenal, designer lehenga collections by Preet Collection by Lalit, designer sarees by Rangoli Sarees by Sankalp, and beachwear outfits by Bella Beachwear by Tahir. The models were styled by Lakmé Academy, Lal Kothi, and elegantly showcased artificial jewelry by SBJ Jewelry by Bulbul Agarwal.

Organizers Chirag Chaudhary and Rakesh Kumar shared that around 500 models from Ajmer and nearby areas participated in the auditions under the Miss and Mrs categories, within the age group of 18 to 35 years. All participants followed the dress code of a black one-piece outfit.
Selected semifinalists will undergo a special 3-day grooming workshop, where industry experts will guide them on various aspects such as portfolio shoots, talent rounds, yoga and meditation, self-confidence, styling, and overall personality development. The grand finale of the competition will be held on 11th April at Ramada Resort, Jaipur, in a grand manner. Along with the top winners, several other contestants will also be awarded exciting prizes.

The organizers further stated that this pageant provides a strong platform for emerging models and talented women of Rajasthan to showcase their confidence, beauty, and personality.
